Grangewood & Sisters Wood

Grangewood is a 100 acre broad-leaved and conifer woodland, planted in 1997. Footpaths are defined by mown trails.

The original planting from 1997 is well established and provides good habitat for a variety of wildlife. Natural regeneration from the adjacent Grangewood Ancient Wood and The Ashes ensures the extension of these two valuable woodlands into the new woodland.

The site is linked by footpaths and bridleways to the adjacent Top Tree Wood and Long Close Woods planted by the Woodland Trust.
