9.16ha of predominantly commercial poplar near Yoxall with views to Burton upon Trent and Needwood. The commercial poplar crop will produce marketable timber within a few years, while the woody shrubs and groups of black poplar and sweet chestnut provide landscape features. Two ponds provide habitats for amphibians and dragonflies.

A new dedicated public footpath through the site links the road to the existing Right of Way on the eastern side.
